Arena Football ROCKS!! this stadium sucks

We have been TEN - Band season ticket holders for 5 of those 15 years, attending Arena Football. We do all we can to attend every game, scheduling our work days-off around games, playoffs, and Arena Bowl.

However, this arena has many deficiencies. Incompetent/unknowledgable staff, unhelpful management, and used car style sales staff who also don't know the details of what they sell. Seating that crams your knees into your chest, literally maybe 12" of legroom. Extremely overpriced food and of sub-par quality, and again incompetent staff who get confused just making change. Maybe there is a reason this venue has been sold (renamed) 4 times in our five years of attendance.

Two tiny elevators to service the entire parking structure, tiny as in can't hold a dozen people, and they waste elevator space by placing an attendant in the elevators as if we can't push a button. INSUFFICIENT handicap parking and lot attendants that don't know anything other than wave you forward. Worst is the lot manager who's too busy on cellphone then to provide assistance.

Bottom line, we would have stopped attending long ago if we weren't such fans of AFL.
